This craftsmanship allows us to offer customizations and pattern adjustments that are tailored to your exact needs. Our Fit Guarantee is designed to ensure that your dress fits flawlessly, from start to finish.

What Does the Fit Guarantee Include?

• Made-to-Measure Gown: Your gown is crafted based on your precise body measurements for the best possible fit.

• Unlimited Alterations & Customizations: All required alterations and any special customizations are included, with no extra charges.

• Priority Service: Brides with the Fit Guarantee receive scheduling priority for fittings and alterations, even during busy times.

• Custom Sketches: For complex designs or extensive modifications, we provide a personalized sketch to capture every detail before production begins.

• Expert Fittings: Enjoy 2-4 in-store fitting appointments during weekdays to ensure your gown is perfect on your special day.

Standard Option (Without the Fit Guarantee)

• Split Sizing: If you choose not to purchase the Fit Guarantee, your gown will be made using split sizing (standard measurements for bust, waist, and hips). Additional alterations and customizations are not included.

• Referral Service: If your timeline is tight or production schedules are full, we may refer you to an external provider for additional alterations.

Is the Fit Guarantee Right for You?
The Fit Guarantee may not be recommended if:

• You are not local and cannot easily attend multiple fittings.

• You are planning a pregnancy or surgery that may affect your measurements.

• You experience frequent weight fluctuations of more than 1-2 dress size up or down.
